Unsere beiden Besucher aus Deutschland mieteten im Motel ein Zimmer und wir stellten uns auf den Winter-Campground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Ruby&#8217;s Inn kann man \u00fcbrigens hervorragend und zu zivilen Preisen essen, was wir dann nat\u00fcrlich ausnutzten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>07. M\u00e4rz 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach einem herzhaften Cowboy-Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck in Ruby&#8217;s Inn fuhren wir zum Nationalpark-Eingang und machten dort die obligatorischen Fotos. Ich parkte verbotenerweise Sprintie direkt vor dem Schild und wurde prompt vom Sheriff erwischt. Nach einer \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Papiere belie\u00df er es bei einer m\u00fcndlichen Verwarnung. Ein &#8222;Ticket&#8220; gab es nicht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-012-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-964\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-012-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-012-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-012-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-012-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-012-120x90.jpg 120w, https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-012.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption>Verbotenes Befahren f\u00fcr ein Foto ????<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach dieser Episode besuchten wir zun\u00e4chst das Visitor Center und fuhren anschlie\u00dfend wie schon im Zion NP praktiziert bis zum Ende der Strecke im  Nationalpark, um das Feld von hinten aufzurollen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dort ist auch der h\u00f6chste zu befahrende Punkt auf 9.115 Fu\u00df, das entspricht 2.778 Metern \u00fcber N.N.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-021a-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-965\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-021a-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-021a-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-021a-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-021a-1536x865.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-021a-2048x1153.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-021a-1140x641.jpg 1140w, https:\/\/sprintiesworldtour.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/390-021a-540x304.jpg 540w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier war noch totaler Winter und wir konnten daher leider nicht die Wanderstrecken betreten, da noch alles tief unter dem Schnee begraben war. Blog und Video dazu werden in ca. 14 Tagen online gehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es folgen dann noch die Videos zum Monument Valley, Grand Canyon und Tucson Mountain Park mit seinen Saguaro Kakteen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Schlu\u00dfpunkt wird dann gesetzt durch die von der Corona-Pandemie beeinflu\u00dfte Weiterfahrt. Wir wollten eigentlich Mitte Mai zur\u00fcckkommen, haben dann aber abgek\u00fcrzt und sind seit dem 22. April 2020 wieder zuhause.
